We spent a lot of time packing last night. As we had expected we over packed and the suitcases weighed to much. So today we repacked and eliminated as much as possible. We are allowed 44 pounds in each of the two big suitcases. Right now (see above picture) we have one at 40 pounds and the other at 33 pounds. We also have two carry on pieces. We will be OK if we do not try and add somethings at the last minute. Astri who we will visit in Beijing emailed us today and said we should take half of what we packed; however, we can not do this. We have also ways taken to much and we never learn. Oh well!!!
Tonight is the first night of Passover and we are going to the Bornstein's with 26 others. We are looking for to this since we leave on Friday and it will good to say goodbye to many of our friends.
